the room was big enough and recently updated, which i liked. the location was so convenient, very close to transport links. the staff were also friendly and helpful . breakfast had great choices , it had many options.

the surrounding area near the station felt a bit unsafe at night , i noticed some homeless people around.

the hotel has excellent transport links due to the close proximity to the train station. i could reach the city center with a short 10-minute walk . a bus stop is right outside the hotel , offering easy access to other parts of the city.

the staff are very friendly and helpful, which improved my stay. i found the reception and bar staff particularly nice. the room cleaning staff were efficient and friendly , ensuring a very comfy and tidy environment.

The breakfast offered a sufficient variety of options.

The air conditioning barely worked, so the room remained too warm. I reported this to the staff, but it never improved . This made sleeping difficult and uncomfortable.

The location was amazing. It's right across from the train station, made getting around super easy. the staff were friendly and always willing to help with directions. my room was recently renovated and had a nespresso machine with free bottled water daily. it was all very convenient.

i found that the soundproofing in my room was not great. i could hear quite a bit of noise from the hallway at times. it was not ideal.

The hotel's location directly across from the main train station made arrivals and departures very easy! The air conditioner worked very well in the room and kept me cool. There was a quiet garden area that provided a perfect space for morning coffee. Pasquale was a wonderful person and assisted me with my late arrival with a smile.

The shower area felt quite small. It was a challenge to move around comfortably while showering.
